Return Policy

What is the return policy?  

If you would like to return an item, we offer a 14-day full refund on items sent back unworn and in original packaging. If you wish to make a return, please contact us at info@nikkibaker.com for instructions within 14 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns such as pendants, single earrings, or necklaces without pendants. And return/exchange requests made after 14 days are at the sole discretion of Gioielli.  Feel free to contact us with any questions.
I have received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?  
Gioielli makes every effort to ensure each piece of jewelry you receive is perfect. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at info@nikkibaker.com to arrange return/refund within 14 days of receiving your order.  Once we have received the original item, you may choose between a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Shipping

What methods of shipment do you offer? 

We ship all orders via FedEx Ground- this service is trackable and insured and costs $15.  We are usually able to accommodate requests for expedited delivery.  If you need expedited delivery, please contact us at info@nikkibaker.com for shipment options. All orders are shipped from New York City.  We require a direct signature confirmation for every delivery.  Once order is processed, FedEx Ground delivers in 1-10 business days depending on your location. 

When will my order ship?  

Orders are usually processed and shipped from our workshop within 2 business days of order. FedEx Ground takes approximately 1-10 business days.  Clients normally receive their jewelry within 7 business days from date of order, but in order to ensure we can make good on our promise, please assume 14 business days from date of order.  We can usually accommodate requests for expedited service- please contact us at  info@nikkibaker.com for expedited requests.

Will I be able to track my package?  

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification via e-mail including your tracking number and expected delivery date. Simply click on the FedEx tracking number, and you will see the FedEx tracking information regarding status/expected delivery date of your package. PLEASE NOTE:  Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. In the event that you need to make an address correction please contact us immediately. Please make sure you have made arrangements for the delivery of your order.  Gioielli cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. If circumstances prevent you from receiving FedEx deliveries, please contact us for other shipment alternatives.

Do you ship internationally?  

We do offer international shipping. To arrange international shipment, please email us at: info@nikkibaker.com and a representative will contact with you with costs/time estimates. Please be aware that our international shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office for information about any applicable duties or taxes. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents. Customer is responsible for any and all import taxes/duties.

Backordered Items

What happens when I purchase a "backordered item"?  

Due to the rare & handmade nature of Gioielli pieces, occasionally you will find a piece placed on backorder status - this means the item is not available for immediate shipment.  By purchasing a "backordered item," you ensure that you will receive this item just as soon as it's back in stock.  The rest of your order will ship in our regular time frame, and the backordered item will be shipped by (or before) the date specified on the product page.  You pay shipping ONE TIME ONLY.  You will receive notification and tracking information when your regular order ships, and again when your backordered items ship.
